These Terms govern use of SignalRashin ('the Service'). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service
The Service provides evidence-backed selection support for AI services based on public information. Listed content is informational; any actual contract, use, or billing for a listed AI service is between the user and the AI service provider directly. The Service is not an agent for any listed provider.

2. Accuracy
The Service continuously verifies listings, subject to:
Some delay reflecting upstream changes (surfaced via Change History).
Unknown fields are unverified — no value is guaranteed.
Final adoption and contracting decisions are the user's responsibility.

3. Prohibited use
Interfering with Service operation.
Unauthorized access to other users' data (Saved / Watched / accounts).
Excessive automated access or scraping.
Submitting false information via the Correction form.

4. Intellectual property
Listing structure, taxonomy, and evaluation logic are copyright of the Service operator. AI-service names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Service is not liable for damages arising from user decisions or actions based on listings.

6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as court of first instance.

7. Changes
These Terms may be revised; the revision date appears at the top of this page.
